Board of Directors and Staff

The Board of Directors of Marshall-Saline Development Corporation is composed of 7 members. Five represent those entities who support MSDC in the amount of $10,000 or more, per year. The remaining two are called "At-Large" members. They are elected by the other 5 Board Members. The Board holds its reorganization meeting in January of each year. Officers for the year are also elected at that time. Pictured below is the MSDC Board of Directors, as well as the current office staff.
